Inspired by their weathered texture and masculine form, we utilised brute force and pressure using discarded vintage tools to create a series of experimental images titled 'LACERATION'.
Far removed from our regular commercial work, we aimed to create somewhat gruesome, uncomfortable imagery - but still beautifully crafted.
The colour red - of blood, sacrifice, danger, and courage was used to elevate the prevailing theme.
No animals were harmed
